The Cleanest Cuddle Guarantee
We believe in our products. If you don't love what you ordered—for any reason—we want to make it right. That's our Cleanest Cuddle Guarantee.
You have 60 days from delivery to return any Beastie product for a full refund, even if you've opened it, used it, or used most of it. Return shipping is on us. No restocking fees. No "you should have known." Just a clean, simple promise: try it, and if it's not for you, send it back.
This guarantee is our way of taking the risk out of trying something new. We only ask that you use it in good faith—see "Fair Use" below.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at lizzy@beastie.co with your order number and a brief note about why you're returning. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Please don't ship items back to us before requesting a return—packages sent without an authorized return request can't be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, leaking, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lizzy@beastie.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please note: tin and aluminum are soft metals, and minor dents can occur during shipping. These don't affect the safety, performance, or shelf life of your product—it's purely cosmetic on the outside of the packaging. If you receive an item with a dent that concerns you, reach out and we'll review it. For genuine damage (cracked seals, leaking product, broken components), we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.
Adverse Reactions
Cosmetic products can occasionally cause irritation or allergic reactions, even when used as directed. If you experience a reaction to a Beastie product, please:
- Discontinue use immediately
- Consult a healthcare professional if the reaction is severe or persistent
- Contact us at lizzy@beastie.co with your order number and a description (a photo is helpful but not required)
We will issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product—please dispose of it safely. We strongly recommend patch testing all new skincare products before full use; see our Terms of Service for details.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Free gifts or promotional items received with a purchase (these don't need to be returned if you're returning the paid item)
Fair Use
Our Cleanest Cuddle Guarantee is built on trust. To keep it sustainable for everyone, we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to: repeated returns of the same product, returns that suggest commercial use or resale, or patterns of behavior inconsistent with personal household use. We'll always reach out before declining a return so you have a chance to explain.
We limit returns to one per customer per product SKU.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to return what you have for a full refund and place a new order. If you'd like help picking something different, email lizzy@beastie.co—we're happy to make recommendations.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification, in addition to the rights described above. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at lizzy@beastie.co to initiate.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return (or approve a no-return refund for damages or reactions), we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at lizzy@beastie.co.
