Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and Canada. We're working on expanding internationally—if you're outside our shipping zones and want to be notified when we add yours, sign up at the bottom of any page on our site.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
Need it Now (overnight) orders must be placed by 10am ET to ship the same business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't see it in your inbox within two business days of ordering, please check your spam folder before reaching out—and if it's still missing, email lizzy@beastie.co.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Carrier delays are outside our control.
We ship the majority of orders via UPS for reliable tracking and delivery. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS (see below).
Canada Shipping
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance — please check with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, don't panic—this is common, and packages usually appear in the system shortly.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of order and can't be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email lizzy@beastie.co with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but once a label is generated we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted it
- Look around your delivery area—porches, side doors, mailrooms, and parcel lockers
- Wait 24-48 hours; carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually arrive
- Contact your local UPS or USPS office with your tracking number
If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email lizzy@beastie.co and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Protection (Recommended). At checkout, you'll see an option to add shipping protection to your order for a small fee. We strongly recommend it—it covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and provides fast replacements without the carrier claim process. If you choose to opt out, Beastie isn't able to replace packages marked delivered by the carrier.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, so orders to these addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping rates and free shipping thresholds still apply. Delivery times to military addresses can vary significantly based on destination.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During major holidays and peak shipping periods (November-December, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), processing times may extend by 1-2 business days and carriers often experience delays beyond their published estimates. We'll post updated cutoff dates for guaranteed holiday delivery on our homepage and in shipping confirmation emails as those dates approach.
